Talk to us first. We can answer your questions and get you started in the right direction, especially if this is your first job with us. Orders will be processed after we talk to you regarding the details, so be sure to call the office to put your job into production. We look forward to hearing from you.

Have the following details ready when you call:

For Printed Apparel
- Do you need artwork, or do you have ideas for your project?
- How many pieces are you looking for, sizes and colors wanted?
- Print color wanted on garment and location of print - front, back, sleeve etc.
- Date when you need your custom garments.
Pricing is based on type of garments, number of pieces, number of colors printed and number of locations being printed.

Terms

An initial deposit of 50% must be paid before job will be produced, and the balance paid in full on receipt. All orders must be paid COD. Other terms may be available for approved clients.

Production Time

The production time on orders is 7 - 10 working days. We will notify you as to scheduling changes. All pieces of the order; artwork, and goods being printed must be in house 7 days before it's shipping date. When proofs are needed, production time will begin after proof has been approved.

Rush Orders

These orders must be pre-approved by us. For a rush charge, we will produce an order in less than normal production time. Rush charges vary depending on current work load, items involved, difficulty of artwork and production.

Charge Cards

We accept Master Card and Visa payments. Our online ordering process goes through PayPal.
