FAQ

Have the following details ready when you call:

- How many pieces are you looking for, sizes and colors?
- Print color wanted on garment and location of print - front, back, sleeve etc.

- Do you need artwork, or do you have ideas for your project?
- Date when you need your custom garments.
Pricing is based on the type of garments, number of pieces, number of colors printed and number of locations being printed. (Chest Print, Back Print, Sleeve Print, etc.)

How soon can I get my order?

Production time is 7 - 10 working days. We will notify you as to scheduling changes. Artwork, and goods being printed must be in house 7 days before it's shipping date. When proofs are required, production time will begin after proof has been approved.

Rush orders? Yes.

Rush orders must be pre-approved by us, and for an added rush fee, we will produce an order in less than normal production time. Rush charges vary depending on current work load, items involved, difficulty of artwork and production. Please contact us for details.

Can I bring my own shirts in to be printed?

We no longer print on customer supplied goods. It's impossible for us to guarantee the best results on garments from outside sources. We offer a huge variety of garments, styles, brands and colors, all made especially for decorating and customizing.

Can I get just one or a few shirts printed?

Screen printing on garments is a bulk print process, therefore, we require a 12 piece minimum for this type of printing. Keep in mind that our prices are based on quantity and will drop significantly when ordering in higher quantities.

For small quantities, we do offer other services such as heat press, direct digital printing and embroidery. We can help you decide the best choices to make for your order.

Terms.

A 50% deposit is required before production and the balance is payable on receipt.

We accept Master Card and Visa, cash and checks.

Who owns the prepress work?

All pre-press work including artwork, screens, film and embroidery files are the sole property of Fresh Ink LLC. All art and screen charges, where applied, are service charges that allow us to produce the job orders and are not customer purchases.
